Terms
Fair terms, written like a human.
The rules of the road for using SoloOS. Short, clear, and built around your ownership of your data.
Last updated · June 30, 2026
1. The agreement
By creating an account or using SoloOS, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity in your workspace.
- One person per account. Workspaces can have multiple members under one owner.
3. Your data, your control
You own everything you put into SoloOS — clients, content, documents, brand assets, financial records. We only access your workspace data to operate the service, fix issues at your request, or as required by law. You can export and delete at any time.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use SoloOS to break the law, infringe rights, send spam, distribute malware, scrape the service, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Plans, billing and trials
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from billing settings; your plan continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for existing customers.
6. AI features
SoloOS includes AI-assisted features (extraction, suggestions, summaries). Output is generated and may be inaccurate. Review important decisions before acting on them. We don't use your workspace data to train external models.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep SoloOS available and fast, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or change features. Material changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk to other users. We'll give notice unless doing so would be unsafe or illegal.
9. Disclaimers
SoloOS is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under your local law (e.g. consumer rights, gross negligence).
10. Liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a fresh "last updated" date, and for material changes we'll notify active users by email.
